FISCNORVADETWASH intends to negotiate a sole source purchase of (22) additional Assay Test Kits and Warranty Maintenance on (6) Analyzers at no charge, under an existing contract (N00600-96-D-3408) with Abbott Laboratories to procure test kits which are used as part of the National Naval Medical Center's interlaboratory quality assurance program to ensure accurate, safe and consistent patient testing results.
