This announcement constitutes a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) 402-52-97 and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This procurement is set aside for Small Business Concerns. The Standard Industrial classification (SIC) Code is 3841 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Deliver 108 ea. Portable Lights, Fluorescent Magnifier, Floor Stand w/casters, Burton Model Number 0162012, which conforms with the existing units, with the following features: 3 diopter lens for magnification; fully flexible arm; fluorescent tube for long life; castered, weighted base for easy mobility; 3 year warranty. Offers shall be submitted FOB Destination. Contractor shall provide at NO COST to the Government 2 user/operator manuals and 2 service manuals. Date items are required by is November 1, 1997 and delivered to Warehouse, 40 Industry Drive, West Haven, CT 06516.
