Niklich, 618-256-961 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to TRINZIC Corporation, 8750 West Bryn Mawr Ave., Chicago, IL 60631, for the acquisition of software maintenance for the following proprietary products: ADS/CICS; ADS/HPO/MVS; ADS/IDMS INTERFACE; ADS/MVS and GRAPH/MVS. This software product is currently installed on equipment (serial numbers 5109-5995; 2288-5995; 45572 and 2288-5995) located at the DMC Mechanicsburg. Period of performance for the maintenance is 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 7 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-256-9592 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract. Oral communications are not acceptable.
