Box 3556, Washington, DC 20007, for the purchase of 714 copies of "HACCP for the Meat and Poultry Industry" manual and 135 copies of the "HACCP for the Meat and Poultry Industry" videotape. The manuals and videotapes will be utilized by the Agency to assist small plants in developing HACCP plans for their production processes. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. American Meat Institute is the only known source for providing these items. All interested concerns must identify their interests in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by September 29, 1997. All All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 202-690-1814. All quotes from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received by September 29, 1997 to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, negotiations will take place with the American Meat Institute.
