Services include expert assistance provided by a Technical Account Manager (TAM), onsight emergency support services available 24 hours a day/7 days a week, onsight emergency support travel, and support for the NT network operating system, and Exchange email, which are not currently used by the INS Help Desk, and other avenues of technical support. Support also includes an annual 150 calls by INS to a 24x7 tech support phone line. All services are provided remotely via the Internet-MS web site and electronic mail.
