Services include multiple requirements that will be issued as individual task orders. Tasks orders may consist of: conducting an overall review of the status of industrial hygiene and safety program areas which are impacted by OSHA; conducting field surveys; and providing on-site program support to the Office of Health and Safety in the following areas: hearing conservation; respiratory protection; office ergonomics; safety shower/eyewash inspections; asbestos materials reevaluation; asbestos abatement project air monitoring and regulatory surveillance; personnel and general area monitoring; permit-required confined spaces; and job hazard analyses. An Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for a Base Year and 4 Option Years is anticipated. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The small business size standard for SIC code 8748 is as follows: Average annual receipt for the three preceding fiscal years may not exceed $5,000,000. Successful contractor must have a minimum of five years demonstrated satisfactory performance in general industrial hygiene and safety services and fire safety experience.
