Construction includes addition of a 5,100 sq. ft. second floor in the high bay area, for a total of 14,100 sq ft with new mechanical, electrical and communications systems, interior partitions, finishes, security systems and some exterior and site improvements. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) Technical Proposal, 2) Price, 3) Performance & Past Experience, 4) Interior Design, 5) Schedule, and 6) Subcontracting Plan. This project is available on compact disk only. Project specifications files are in Portable Document format (PDF) and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (Available on CD).
