This contract action is for combustion chambers for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the original equipment manufacturer, AlliedSignal Engines, Phoenix, Arizona, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. All data and apecifications necessary for the manufacture of this component are proprietary to the manufacturer. The Coast Guard does not possess and cannot supply the data.
