shall provide quotes for the following: CLIN DESCRIPTION 0001 Microsoft
Premier Support (Annual License); Support includes the following
services: 150 "incidents" of technical support per year, One Hour
response for priority requests, Four hour response for routine
requests, Technical Account Manager to provide technical support and
account management, Assignment of a technical support team, One initial
orientation and planning conference for system administrators,
Development of a customer organization profile and support plan, four
hours of project technical consulting per month. Interested vendors are
