The purchase will consist of Best/1 Datacenter License, Capture Datacenter License, and Best/1 Visualizer License. Vendors who feel that they can provide this service and proprietary software program should submit a capability statement that demonstrates a bonafide ability to meet the Government's requirements and illustrates it is advantageous to consider other sources. If no affirmative written documentation, technical specifications and pricing are received within five (5) working days of this synopsis, a contract will be placed with BGS Systems. This synopsis of intent to place a contract with BGS Systems shall not be considered a solicitation document. A contract award will not be made on the basis of any response to this notice.
