The support shall consist of unlimited telephone support Monday thru Friday, excluding Government holidays, during the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm West Coast Time and shall include updates as released. The period of performance shall be from date of award for a one year period. The software is located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448. The Government requires ths software support in support ofthe SLBM program. This software is proprietary to Computer Associates International who bought out Ingres, the original manufacturer, and is the only source for the support. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources shall provide their software support agreements and written information stating they are a valid authorized distributor for Computer Associates International with their fax quote which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448.
