This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested for this announcement; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is RFQ672-084-97, the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition. Standard Industrialization Code (SIC) of 5044 is applied. This solicitation is issued for the following equipment Brand Name or Equal: Line Item 1: L&T Open Shelf Filing System # 6201-01 with six (6) each # 6257 file support for each open shelf filing system (78" x 36" Wx 13 D) color beige. Bidders quotation shall include item(s) not included in RFQ but required for equipment to perform its intended use. Estimated quantity 384. Required delivery date is March 1998. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. Prospective offers shall provide the following information: current pricing, delivery time, payment terms, Cage Code, Duns/Bradstreet number and Taxpayers I.D. number (TIN). This is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The following provisions and clauses are applicable and are hereby incorporated into the solicitation by reference and will be provided by the Contracting Officer in full text upon request: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items applies.
