To achieve the requirements of the PASTA project, SPAWAR will utilize an "Other Transaction for Prototypes" under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2371 and Section 845 of the FY 94 National Defense Authorization Actas amended by Section 804 of the FY 97 National Defense Authorization Act. SPAWAR plans to execute one or more agreement(s) to one or more company(s) or company team(s) based on its best value evaluation of proposals. Once the draft solicitation is uploaded, SPAWAR will be open for communications with interested parties regarding the requirements of the solicitation.
