The Air Force is issuing a sole source acquisition to perform a demonstration study to evaluate the sampling and analytical techniques developed during the development of sampling methods for JP-8 aerosols. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Chapel Hill NC 27599-7400. This acquisition is a follow on to the Development of Sampling Methods for JP-8 Aerosols conducted by the University of North Carolina.
