This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a sole source rquirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line item: Renewal of license and maintenance for Scientific and Technical Information Library Automation System (STILAS). Support includes: DirectLINE, Sirsi's telephone consultation services, Enterface, Sirsi's remote diagnostics service via modem connection, and any enhancements that Sirsi provides for the Unicorn modules purchased. Period of Performance: 1 October 1997 thru 30 September 1998. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3 shall be included with any offer, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5.
