J -- MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR SIEMENS GAMMA CAMERA AND SIEMANS TOMOGRAPHY X-RAY UNIT SOL N00168-98-Q-X526 DUE 092297 POC Ms. Tracy Holland Contracting Officer (301) 295-6490 The National Naval Medical Center intends to award a maintenance contract to Siemens Medical or other authorized service dealer for Siemens equipment. The equipment is located in Radiology Department in Bethesda, MD. Service of this unit will consist of travel, labor, tools, equipment and parts excluding the consumables and crystal damage. Coverage will also include two (2) preventive maintenance visits within the maintenance contract period of 01 Oct 97 through 30 Sept 1998. Maintenance coverage shall be between the normal work week of Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays. No telephone calls will be accepted for this requirement. Solicitation packages may be requested via fax at (301) 295-0286. All responsible aources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This acquisition is being cpnducted under the guidelines asset forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
