Contractor shall provide professional services as a Dental Assistant for inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contract consists of an estimated 260 sessions per contract year. A session is 4 hours in length. The schedule will consist of 5 sessions per week. Sessions will be scheduled Monday through Friday. Services are to be performed in the Health Services Department at FCI Allenwood. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract shall run from approximately October, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns.
