Contractor shall provide professional services as a Phlebotomist for inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contractor will provide laboratory expertise in obtaining specimens and preparing them to be sent to the contract laboratory. The contract consists of an estimated 260 sessions per contract year. A session is 4 hours in length. Approximately 20 patients will be seen during each session. The schedule will consist of 5 sessions per week to be scheduled Monday through Friday. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract shall run from approximately October, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns. Security investigation/clearance is required. Solicitation document will be made available on or about September 22, 1997. (0258)
