Contractor shall provide professional services as a Dental Hygienist for inmates confined at the Federal Prison Camp, Montgomery, Pennsylvania. The contract consists of an estimated 104 sessions per contract year. A session is 8 hours in length. There will be an estimated 2 sessions required per week. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract performance will be in the Health Services Department located at FPC Allenwood. The contract shall run from approximately October, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns.
