Contractor shall provide professional services as a GENERAL SURGEON to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Complex, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contract consists of an estimated 22 sessions per year. A session is defined as a 4 hour period. The services include but are not limited to: examination, diagnosis and treatment plan for patients with surgical problems, complete surgical consultation sheet, and perform minor surgical procedures that can be accomplished in the Out Patient Departments located at the FCC Complex. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract shall run from award date through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. Security investigation/clearance is required. Medical liability insurance required for award. Solicitation document will be made available on or about September 22, 1997. (0258)
