Contractor qualifications will be stated in the RFQ. A single fixed price competitive award is anticipated from RFQ 97-15. This requirement is not a Buy Indian Set-aside, however, Indian owned firms electing to submit a responsive offer will be considered under the authority of 25 U.S.C. Buy Indian Act. The anticipated period of performance is one year from date of award plus two one-year option periods.
