Armaments Command (TACOM) is soliciting comment on a future requirement
for a fuel module deisnged to be carried by the palletized load system
(truck and trailer) for use in refueling of stationary equipment.
TACOM is soliciting a firm fixed price competitive request for proposal
for a fuel module to fit on the palletized load system (truck and
trailer) for use in refueling of stationary equipment. the fuel module
shall be designed to refuel stationary equipment using gravity feed or
suction provided equipment outside of the module. the fuel module shall
be capable of being bottom loaded and top loaded. the fuel module shall
be designed to not affect the stability characteristics of the pls
