IF AN EQUAL SYSTEM IS OFFERED IT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS—(a) The system should be 2 channel Transcranial Doppler system with capacity to have a single or dual channel display. (b) CO2 delivery system. (c) Foot switch; (d) Headphones; (e) SVGA color monitor and printer; (f) Mobile cart to hold all the equipment; (g) Temporal window finder; (h) Training for 2 staff. (i) The equipment should be made by a reputed and established manufacturer with good after sales service. Installation shall be included in system price as well as training and manuals. Provide warranty information that comes with system. Provide "Descriptive Literature" for evaluation purposes of equipment offered. Provide the Manufacturer's name, brand, and model number/serial number of system offered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical capability of the system offered to meet the Government's requirement such as quality, functionality and reliability of equipment, and warranty. (2) Availability of training. (3) Past performance in installationand providing after sales service (provide a minimum of three references that can validate company's past performance in installation and support service). These three items, when combined, are more important than price. Vendors must provide information (e.g., commercial literature) with their quotes that describes the product they are quoting. This will be a firm fixed price contract. FOB is Destination. Delivery and Installation shall be within 30 days after receipt of award. Payment will be made in arrears.
