Statutory authority for this acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, "only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements". This notice is not a request for proposals. However, any firm desiring consideration is required to fully identify their interest and demonstrate their capabilities, in writing, within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis to William Och at the above address. All responses must clearly identify offeror's ability to provide the required equipment. It is requested that pricing data be included as part of the response, including terms and conditions. Failure to submit complete documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. No solicitation documents are available. Simple requests for an RFP will not be considered an affirmative response to this synopsis.
