Must passively tap, monitor and record activity on two (2) MIL-STD-1397 type E interfaces (4 cables: 2-input and 2-output), 3. Must verify compliance to MIL-STD-1397 type E, ie., over-voltage, non-LLS waveform conditions, 4. Record LLS in real time without interrupting the system, 5. Provide time tagging of events at least 60ns or faster, 6. Provide triggering capabilities for the following frame events: *data information frame events: state 0,1,x of any NTDS data bit; state 0,1,x of word identifier bit. *data information transfer type-off, single word, burst, combination, any transfer state 0,1,x of direction indicator. *data information frame errors-none, parity, number of bits, sync-bit, any error, don't care. *control frame events: state 0,1,x of any bit for each direction. *control frame change of state of any bit for each direction. *control frame errors-none, number of bits, sync-bit, any error, don't care. *non-valid frame events: off, under voltage, over voltage, non-NTDS, combination, noise. 7.
