This is a planned sole source procurement to be awarded to Mesa Laboratories, Inc. in Lakewood, CO. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-46. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business under SIC code 3826. The Datatrace Temperature Probes are Model 6200LTX4. Delivery of twenty-six probes to USDA, APHIS, PPQ, Hilo International Airport, Hilo, HI 96720 is needed as soon as possible and is f.o.b. destination.
