Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, parts, test equipment, technical specifications and manuals. Government shall provide an on site facility with connections to the LAN to effect repairs. Contract type is anticipated to be a fixed price IDIQ. Requirement shall be awarded under FAR Part 12 as a commercial service. Award will be based on the following factors: 1) Offer acceptability 2) Offeror capability (to include past performance) and 3) Cost/Price. Requirement will be a base year with four one year options.
