Manufacturer, SFIM Incorporated, Grand Prairie, Texas. Delivery to
ARSC, Elizabeth City, NC is required within 30 days after receipt of
material. Period of performance, date of award through 30 September
1998 with four one-year options. The Coast Guard intends to solicit and
negotiate an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with
SFIM, Grand Prairie, Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Technical
data is not owned nor available from the Coast Guard. All responsible
sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
Sources must be certified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
and be an authorized FAA Repair Station for rework and overhaul the
required items and must effectively demonstrate their technical
capability to rework and overhaul these items in accordance with
manufacturer's specifications. Request for solicitation must be in
writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. For informational

Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small
and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist
minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire
short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related
contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program
(STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable
financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000. For further
