Overcash, Contracting Officer, (301) 619-3014 Synopsis published September 11, 1997 is changed due to the cancellation of N62645-97-R-0004 and subsequent resoliciation: The Navy has a requirement for the services of 20 Dental Hygienists to provide services from October 1, 1997 through 31 May 1998 at NDC San Diego, CA and its associated Branch Dental Clinics. This procurement will also include four one-month option periods to provide the aforementioned Dental Hygienists from June 1, 1998 through June 30, 1998, (Option Period I) and July 1, 1998 through July 31, 1998 (Option II), August 1, 1998 through August 31, 1998 (Option III), and September 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 (Option IV), if needed. The Navy intends to negotiate with DPS, Inc. 751-K Thimble Shoals Blvd., Newport News, VA as the only source. See Notes 22 and 26. All inquiries must be in writing (0258)
