R -- FEDLINK INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES DELIVERY ORDER SOL FDIV/CR POC Joan McCoy, Contract Specialist The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with Copyright Clearance Center, Inc. (CCC) for the use and access of their services by Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Washington, DC (FDIV). Copyright Clearance Center, Inc. (CCC) is a not-for-profit corporation which provides a mechanism whereby use of copyrighted materials (including photocopies) is made only with the permission of the copyright owners. Acting as an authorized agent for over 9,200 registered publishers worldwide (who themselves represent hundreds of thousands of authors), CCC can authorize copying from over 1.75 million titles. Service will be continued through September 30, 1998. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
