R -- SPONSORSHIP/IN KIND DONATIONS FOR THE YOUTH CENTER'S BREAKFAST WITH SANTA SOL SVS-SCS-115-97 DUE 112597 POC Shena Jones, (907) 552-5900, Fax (907) 552-9750. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Youth Center's Breakfast with Santa. This will occur on the 25 of December, 1997. This event is open to the entire base population. We are looking for sponsorship/in-kind donations of the following: 20 dozen eggs, 20 pounds of bacon, 20 pounds of sausage, 24 gallons of milk, 25 gallons of juice, and 48 loaves of bread to be used for a breakfast that will feature Santa. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 25 Nov, 1997. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government.
