COMPUTER INDUSTRY TRADE MISSION TO THE MIDDLE EAST The U.S. Department of Commerce invites U.S. companies to participate in a computer hardware, software, networking, and services trade mission to Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Cairo, Egypt; and Tel Aviv, Israel, October 29 -- November 6, 1997. The trade mission will include 2-full days of business activities at each of the stops, Dubai, Cairo, and Tel Aviv. The participation fee for this trade mission is only $2,900 ($2,200 for two cities)and allows for one to two company representatives to participate. Airfare, lodging, and meals are not included in the participation fee. However, if needed, assistance will be available for making flight, hotel, and visa arrangements. The mission is designed to bring representatives of U.S. companies together with key decision-makers in the computer markets of Dubai, Cairo, and Tel Aviv. In each city mission participants will have prearranged individualized business meetings with appropriate local contacts and a business briefing by local experts. The mission participants are picked on a first come first served basis.
