ARMY'S PREPOSITIONED STOCKS (APS)-AFLOAT The U.S. Army Industrial Operations Command is seeking comments on a Draft Scope of Work (SOW)(Dated 10 Sep 97) for the maintenance of the Army's Prepositioned Stocks (APS)-Afloat. This maintenance work will be performed at Combat Equipment Base-Afloat located at Naval Weapon Station, Charleston, SC, and includes all classes of APS except MREs (classI) and ammunition (Class V). Copies of the Draft SOW can be downloaded from www.ioc.army.mil/AAIS/Solicitation Information/Drafts or may be mailed as hard copy.
