The American Defense Preparedness Association/National Security Industrial Association (ADPA/NSIA) International Committee announces the initiation of the FY 98 Edition of the Embassy/Defense Attaches Luncheon Program. The objective of this series is to provide a forum by which the relationship between US defense industry and the defense sections of the nations participating can be strengthened, and to discuss the plans and programs of future procurements of the guest nations. The first luncheon in the series will be held on October 21, 1997 and will feature a panel discussion with the British Defence Attach Staff. Major General Charles G. Vyvyan CBE, Defense Attach and Head of British Defence Staff, Washington, DC and several members of the Embassy team will participate. This event will be held at the ITT-Sheraton Luxury Collection Hotel (Formerly Ritz Carlton), 2100 Massachusetts Avenue, Washington, DC.
