It will be posted on the Air Force's Pre Award Information Exchange System(PIXS) web site at: http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil . NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Interested parties should still fax or e-mail a request to the issuing office so that they can be added to the source list. All interested parties will receive the PIXS library web site for this solicitation when it has been established and documents have been posted. Once the solicitation/RFP has been posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for updates to any and all documents. Users may contact the PIXS system operator, John Harshbarger, at (937) 255- 2739, with concerns regarding PIXS access. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
