CMS-1 & DMS-1 included. Related manufacturer hardware, software and support components also expected to be purchased. It is intended that this unit will be purchased from Pluto Technologies International, Inc., 525 Lakeland Plaza, Cumming, GA 30040. Justification is that this equipment has internal diagnostic testing from equipment to factory engineering via modem for periodic diagnostics and realignment. It is believed that this equipment is available only from this manufacturer, and no other digital videospace series will satisfy the requirements of this agency. All interested parties may identify their interests, but must provide provide proof of capability, in writing, to provide an acceptable, comparable product by submitting pricing data, and complete, accurate and detailed description of their like product. Since no solicitation package exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information to establish the vendor's capability of meeting the Government's needs will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Only responses containing this data will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis. If no feasible responses are received by the close of business 15 days from the date this notice appears in the CBD, a procurement will be negotiated with the above-named source.
