Interested parties may submit a detailed capabilities statement including pricing that delineates their ability to meet the stated requiement. If no responses are received within 10 days of publication of this notice, an order will be placed with Microsoft Corporation. No solicitation document exists, requests for such a document will be considered nonresponsive. No telephonic quotes will be accepted.
