It is the intent of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to award one firm fixed price requirements contract for escrow closing agent services for the Las Vegas, Nevada HUD office. This area is under the jurisdiction of the Las Vegas HUD Field office for the counties of Clark, Lincoln, and the southern half of Nye County. This will be a full and open competition, no set-asides. Services include coordinating real estate closings between HUD, brokers and purchasers. The period of performance shall be for one (1) initial year and two (2) option years.
