The 17th Training Wing, Goodfellow AFB TX is seeking qualified businesses under SIC 1711, Size Standard $7.0 million, capable of performing the following: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and all appurtenances necessary to remove and replace the compressor in the chiller of Building 3206. Remove the old compressor on a Dunham-Bush Chiller Model #WCFX1BAR Serial #1864401A93L. Install Dunham-Bush Compressor Model # 1218BH6W4KBJOC. Check and tighten all electrical connections asn well as operation of compressor motor protection devices, i.e., current limiting device, motor overload, under voltage relay, motor over-temperature protector, circuit breaker and wear of contacts. This is a restricted solicitation for emerging small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.100(b). The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
