Requirement consists of L/I 0001 -- (1 ea) Prosper+ AF/QAF BaSE Process Assessment Toolkit Site License (or equal); L/I 0002 -- (2 ea) Prosper+ AF/QAF BaSE Software on 3.5" Disk, version 2.0.2 for Windows 3.1 (or equal); L/I 0003 -- (2 ea) Prosper+ AF/QAF BaSE Software on 3.5" Disk, version 2.0.2 for Windows 95; L/I 0004 -- (5 ea) Prosper+ AF/QAF BaSE Documentation (or equal); L/I 0005 -- (1 ea) On-Site Training Workshop, 1-2 days, (Maximum 15 people) and L/I 0006 -- (13 mo) Maintenance and Technical Support. It is the Government's intent to award a contract on a sole source basis to International Technology Corp Inc, Colorado Springs CO. If quoting "or equal" please submit specifications with your quote.
