Box 548, Monte Vista, Colorado 81144. This procurement shall be process in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this order is to provide emergency repairs on two Westinghouse surface air coolers from the Hoover Dam powerplant. It is critical that this urgent requirement be completed by October 17, 1997. The proposed contractor has extensive experience in this field and is available to begin the task immediately.
