The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) at Edwards Air Force Base, California intends to award a competitive 8(a), Firm Fixed Price contract, under the Small Business 8(a) Program, for the following combined services: refuse collection and disposal, recyclable materials collection and processing, green waste collection and processing, landfill operations, and crusher facility operations. The contract period will be for a total of five (5) years. The initial period of contract performance will be from 1 Apr 98 through 30 Sep 98, with four (4) one (1) year options.
