Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, bonds and insurance to remove existing gravel roads, and install a heavy duty bituminous pavement, approximately 28,000 square feet by 3 1/2 inches deep at the Low Security Correctional Institution (LSCI) Butner, (Granville County), North Carolina. All construction activities shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Solicitations will be issued on or about October 14, 1997. A site visit will be conducted at the Administration Building of the Low Security Correctional Institution, Old North Carolina Highway, Butner, North Carolina on November 23, 1997, at 9:00 AM. Estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000, to $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business and small disadvantaged business concerns only.
