Clark (310) 725-7563 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking to add a one-bedroom to each of the seven houses the FAA has in the Grand Canyon Area. The contractor will be responsible for designing the additions, securing local building permits and constructing the additions. Each addition is typically to be approximately 15 X 15 feet and is to be constructed in accordance with local building codes. Construction is to be conventional concrete foundation with wood stud (R-19) wall construction. Finishes are to be typical for a residential house.
