Z -- INDEFINITE-DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (MAC) FOR WESTERN WASHINGTON, WESTERN OREGON AND SUBINSTALLATIONS OF FT LEWIS, WA SOL DACA67-98-R-0002 DUE 120197 POC Contract Specialist Mary E Mitton (206) 764-6806 (Site Code DACA67) The Seattle District, Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for multiple award, multi-year contracts to perform multidisciplinary maintenance, repair and minor construction work in support of military and civil construction projects in Western Washington, Western Oregon and Subinstallations of Fort Lewis. Three indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts are anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. As requirements develop, Task Orders will be issued on a competitive or sole source basis to the awardees of this solicitation, at the Government's option. Awardees may also compete with other sources (e.g. 8(a) contractors) for projects. Projects may vary from 100 percent design to design-build in nature. Each contract will include a base year and two option periods. Maximum value of all work awarded under the MACs will be limited to $10 million per period or $30 million over the life of the contracts. Task Order minimum and maximum limits are $50,000 and $2,000,000 respectively. The solicitation will include a sample project entitled "Replace Siding, Windows and Doors, Madigan Housing Area 23, Fort Lewis, WA," which will be awarded as the first Task Order to one of the MACs. Solicitation will be available on or about 10 Oct 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. If you are a large business, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan. A concern is considered small business under this solicitation if its annual receipts, averaged over the past three years do not exceed $17 million.
