This modification to the original synopsis published in the Commerce Business Daily on August 26, 1997 is necessary in order to clarify a few issues. First, hard (paper) copies of the solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will only be available for downloading from the World Wide Web Electronic Commerce Home page available at the following address: http://procnet.pica.army.mil. However, copies of the Technical Data Package (TDP) will only be mailed to eligible contractors in CD Rom format. Eligible contractors should provide physical address of location to which the TDP should be mailed. This address should be E-Mailed to the P.O.C. listed below. Second, Contingent upon meeting established security requirements, industry of the United States and Canada have been determined to be eligible to participate in the M795 program. Industry of foreign nations other than Canada may request a copy of the TDP, but release of the TDP cannot be guaranteed.
