The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida, requires an Indefinite Quantity contract for the remanufacturing of CDP seals. These CDP seals are a component of the TF34 engine used on the S-3 and A-10 aircraft. The engines were originally manufactured by General Electric. The rework of the CDP seals consist of cleaning, inspecting, removal/replacement of honeycomb, machining, and post repair inspections. The requirement is for an estimated 200CDP seals for each year of the contract. A minimum quantity guarantee of 40 each for the base year. The period of performance is for a base year with 4 option years. This procurement is limited to six (6) potential sources who have been certified by General Electric, Air Force and the Navy.
