The Army requires publication and distribution of a Civilian Enterprise Newspaper for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The contractor shall be required to distribute 18,000 copies weekly. The revenue which the Contractor receives from the sale of advertisements in the newspaper shall constitute full payment to the Contractor. Delivery shall be made to varoius locations on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield and surrounding locations. The contract period shall commence 1 January 1998 and continue for one year with options for four additional one year periods. (0262)
