The Office of the Washington State Treasurer (OST) announces the publication of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a vendor to lead a phased implementation redevelopment process for their cash, investment, debt and warrant management systems and associated accounting systems to form a fully integrated treasury management system. The apparent successful vendor will be assisted in the redevelopment by OST staff. OST intends to publish the RFP in early October. Responses will be due approximately eight weeks after release. VENDORS WHO SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS RFP MUST HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED AN ENGAGEMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A CLIENT/SERVER BASED FINANCIAL/TREASURY SYSTEM OR APPLICATION (E.G., CASH/INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT; BANKING; DEBT MANAGEMENT) THAT WILL SUPPORT AT LEAST 600,000 MONTHLY CASH FLOW TRANSACTIONS WHICH REPRESENT A TOTAL DOLLAR VOLUME OF AT LEAST FIVE BILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000,000).
