J -- CONTRACTOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES (COMS) SUPPLY SUPPORT FOR EA-6B TRAINING DEVICES SOL N61339-97-R-0049 DUE 011998 POC Michael Harris, 407-380-4075, FAX 407-380-4164 Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) with supply support to be performed on various "EA-6B Training Devices" at NAS Whidbey Island, WA and MCAS Cherry Point, NC. This procurement will be negotiated technically acceptable low cost acquisition based on full and open competition. This contract will have a two (2) month Mobilization COMS requirement, commencing on 1 June 1998 through 31 July 1998. There will be one (1) 2-month COMS fiscal year 1998 (FY98) requirement, and then four (4) 12-month COMS requirement options, six (6) months of COMS and 2 month Transition Option for a total of sixty (60) months of support. It is anticipated that the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) N61339-97-R-0049 will be posted to the INTERNET on or about 27 October 1997.
